At J&M Fluidics, Inc., our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM

To ensure prompt service, please have the Unit Model Number and
Serial Number available when contacting our Service or Parts Department. Model and Serial Numbers can be found on the white label on the outside of the electrical enclosure door of the unit.
IT IS EXTREMLY IMPORTANT TO READ AND FOLLOW THE "INSTALLATION OPERATION
WITH START-UP INSTRUCTIONS AND WARRANTY" MANUAL ...WITHOUT DOING SO
COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE UNIT AND VOIDED WARRANTY.
When starting-up an air-cooled chiller, any removed "Access Panels"
MUST be put back in place on the chiller. Otherwise the chiller will be
drawing air through the access openings instead of the condensers...
causing a high pressure trip.
STANDARD ON ALL CHILLER MODELS:
All models are supplied with an 16gb SD Card for Chiller Data Storage.
Daily chiller activity is stored on the card when the chiller is running.
You can pop the card out of the side slot of the HMI, plug into an SD card reader, download and view the chiller data (HG Data) on your computer.
