Key Start-Up Notes
When starting up an air-cooled chiller, ensure that any removed access panels are replaced. This is vital for proper airflow; failing to do so may cause the chiller to draw air incorrectly, leading to a high-pressure trip.
Contacting us for chiller parts
To ensure prompt service for your chiller parts inquiries, please have your Unit Model Number and Serial Number available when contacting our Service or Parts Department.
These important identifiers can be found on the white label located on the outside of the electrical enclosure door of your unit.
Data Storage for Performance Monitoring
All J&M chiller models are equipped with a 16GB SD card for data storage. Allowing you to monitor daily chiller activity and the performance of various chiller parts. Here’s how to access your data:
- Remove the SD card from the side slot of the HMI.
- Insert it into an SD card reader.
- Download the chiller data (HG Data) to view it on your computer.
